(7)(a)In addition to the authority granted to a member state by its respective professional counseling practice act or other applicable state law, any member state may participate with other member states in joint investigations of licensees. (f)A delegate shall vote in person or by such other means as provided in the bylaws. Any registration issued after March 31, 2017, expires 60 months after the date it is issued.
